User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

4. Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
5. Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
6. Respect intellectual property rights

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary based on the specific services and project scope:

• Project-based work requires 50% advance payment before commencement
• Monthly retainer services are billed in advance
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Currency for all transactions is Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified

We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment and pursue legal remedies for outstanding amounts.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights: All content, designs, code, and materials created by GrowCraft remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Client Rights: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom work created specifically for them, excluding:

• Third-party licensed software or components
• Our proprietary tools and methodologies
• Pre-existing templates or frameworks
• General knowledge and experience gained

Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly prohibited by confidentiality agreements.

Project Delivery & Revisions

Timeline: Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback, and external factors.

Revisions: Each project includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.

Client Approval: Projects require client approval at key milestones. Delayed approvals may extend project timelines.

Final Delivery: Final project files and assets will be delivered upon completion of payment and project approval.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowCraft shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Third-party actions or failures
• Force majeure events beyond our control
• Damages exceeding the total amount paid for services

Termination

By Client: Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Completed work and expenses incurred will be charged.

By GrowCraft: We may terminate services immediately for:

• Non-payment of fees
• Violation of these Terms
• Abusive or disrespectful behavior
• Illegal or unethical requests

Upon termination, all unpaid amounts become immediately due, and access to our services will be revoked.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We take privacy seriously and maintain strict confidentiality of client information. Our data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the course of our relationship.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiations between the parties
2. Mediation if direct negotiation fails
3. Arbitration under Indian Arbitration laws
4. Courts in [Your City], India as the final recourse

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
